Ibn Taymiyyah did not give the excuse of ignorance !

What does Ibn Taymīyyah mean by the excuse of ignorance ?
Shaykh Al-Islām ibn Taymīyyah رحمه الله said:
and amongst them are those who ask the dead what they ask from Allah, They say: "Forgive me, provide for me, and assist me and others like this, just like the one who Prays in the Salah to Allah the Almighty, the likes of these matters, There is no doubt to those who know the meaning of islam , that these are contrary to the Religion of all the Messengers, for they are from the Shirk which Allah and his Messenger forbade, rather it is from the Shirk which the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم fought the Mushrikeen, and if the perpetrators are excused by ignorance, and the Hujjah is not established upon them, Just as the ones who never received a Messenger were excused [Ahlul Fitrah], Allah the exalted said: "And we would never punish a people until we have sent a Messenger" [Surah Al Isra verse 15] otherwise they would be deserving of punishment in this world and the hereafter just like the Mushrikeen deserves, Allah the exalted said: "So do not knowingly set up equals to Allah in worship." [Surah Al Baqarah verse 22] and in the hadith, "Shirk in this Ummah is more hidden than the crawling of an ant." And those who believe in the Messenger, if it is explained to one of them the reality of what the Messengers came with, and it is explained that he is a Mushrik, then he repents to Allah and renews his Islam.

Notes:So he excuses them the same way ahl fitrah were excused. [Excused of punishment in the Akhirah]
Its explained to the Jaahil hes a mushrik
And he repents from his shirk and renews his Islam, unlike the Murji'a who say hes a Muslim if he's jaahil and isn't called a mushrik and doesn't need to renew his faith.

Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymīyyah (رحمه الله) said:
❝Verily, Allāh separated between what is before the Message and what comes after it in regards to Asmāʾ (labels) and ʾAḥkām (rulings), and also gathered them together.
Thus, the label 'Mushrik' is established before the Message (Ḥujjah) due to him performing Shirk with his Lord and setting up with Him another Ilāh and rival before the Messenger. So these Asmāʾ (labels) are established [before the Message]. Likewise, the label of Jahl (ignorance) and Jāhilīyyah, and it is said 'Jāhilīyyah' and 'Jāhil' before the coming of the Messenger. As for punishment, then, no.❞

✅ Basics of learning about Tawheed :
Tawhid is the fundamental concept of monotheism in Islam, encompassing the belief in the oneness of Allah, as stated in the Quran: "Say, 'He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.'" (Quran, Surah Al-Ikhlas, 112:1-4)

"Trials and tribulations (fitnah) occur through good as well as through evil, as Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) says: 'And We test you with evil and with good as a trial; and to Us you will be returned.' [Quran 21:35] And as the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلمsaid: 'By Allah, it is not poverty that I fear for you, but I fear that the world will be opened up for you as it was opened up for those before you, and you will compete for it as they competed for it, and it will destroy you as it destroyed them.' So trial occurs through good—in what Allah bestows upon the servant of physical health, mental soundness, growth in wealth, abundance of riches, and other such blessings. This trial may even be more severe than the trial of poverty, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'It is not poverty that I fear for you, but I fear that the world will be opened up for you.' And indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) spoke the truth."

Gems with Shaykh Musa
I was sitting with Shaykh Musa حفظه الله تعالى, and I asked him:
“Once we’ve found the true path — Insha’Allah — what can we do to stay firm on this path?”
He (حفظه الله تعالى) said with a kind smile, that Allah Says:
“And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed: If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]… [14:7]
You thank Allah for His Guidance, and He سبحانه وتعالى will increase you in His Guidance, Insha’Allah.
Then he mentioned the Ayah:
But few of My servants are truly grateful. [34:13]
He then said: “Shall we not strive to be amongst them?”
He continued and mentioned the Hadith:
“My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more beloved to Me than the duties I have imposed upon him. And My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory deeds (nawāfil) until I love him. And when I love him, I become his hearing with which he hears, his sight with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes, and his foot with which he walks. If he asks Me, I will surely grant it to him; and if he seeks refuge in Me, I will surely protect him.” [Bukhari, 6502]
He said to be persistent and striving, in completing as many Nawafil (voluntary acts) as we can, for what is absolute guidance, except when Allah Loves you? Does Allah not guide whom He Loves?
A deep question, which many spend their lifetimes searching the answer for, the Shaykh answered with two Ayāt, a Hadith, and a smile.
May Allah preserve our beloved Shaykhayn and their family, and give them both a long life full of deeds, and an absolute protection from the evil of this life and the next, and grant them a lofty status and company in the hereafter, with the Siddiqeen, Shuhada’, and Righteous.

It used to be said in the past:
The difference in public places between a slave woman and a free woman was that the free woman would veil herself, while the slave woman would adorn herself because she was bought and sold.
"How numerous are the slave women today!"
And Allah is the One whose help is sought...

Among the very first things we will be questioned about on the Day of Resurrection: "And about his lifespan—how he spent it, and about his youth—how he utilized it."Imagine the answer being: "I followed all the daily vlogs of such-and-such influencer," "I finished every video and Snapchat story of that famous person," "I watched twenty-five movies!" #Shaykh_ul_Islām_Ibn_Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
"A person may recognize that the truth lies with someone else, yet deny it out of envy toward him, or a desire for superiority over him, or personal whim. This desire drives him to transgress against the other person and refute whatever he says by any means possible—even while knowing deep in his heart that the truth is with him."
