It’s ignorant to think GBP may not dump even lower, but nonetheless, last time it hit a relative new low, we saw a strong and consistent rally back up. Although I don’t look at DXY a lot, this is the time to focus a bit on technicals being printed on DXY to see where the dollar is headed until end of the year, and to also show extra care in managing and GBP trade you may be taking. Keep an eye on fundamentals too, and pay attention to any new policies the new british government may put in place to counter the economic decline. Ask yourself questions like: how solid is the policy? Are the policies a desperate attempt at a short term recovery, or the foundation for long term growth? Execute the technicals, manage the fundamentals. Thats the key.

Aaaaand yesterday we took large positions off the table, after 5 months of being in the trade and GBP hitting all time lows :)
