Big water gives me energy. I feel like I am charging when I am near it, even just hearing the sound of the waves (but the recordings don’t do the same, only when I am physically close to them) 🌊

That’s the curse of our time - we have to be productive all the time. No rest, no “distractions”. Only results! Higher! Bigger! MORE!!! “Look at him, he achieved more than you, and why is that?! Do better! Be better!” 👹👹👹
But when does it stop? When will “better” be enough?
The problem is that you easily get used to running, and even when you reach all the goals you could possibly imagine, you won’t be able to stop and enjoy them. 💀 You’ll keep running.
I had to teach myself to slow down, and still I catch myself running again from time to time. 💩 It’s a habit that is not easy to break.
Enjoy little things. Find what you like and do it. Slow down. You are alive now, so be it. Alive ♥️
