Imam Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "Complete victory and support are only for those with complete faith. - Allah says: {Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe in the worldly life and on the Day when the witnesses will stand} [Ghafir: 51] - And He says: {So We supported those who believed against their enemy, and they became dominant} [As-Saff: 14] Therefore, whoever's faith decreases, their share of victory and support also decreases. For this reason, if a servant is afflicted with a calamity in himself or his wealth, or his enemy prevails over him, it is due to his sins, either by neglecting a duty or committing a forbidden act, which results from the deficiency in his faith." — [Ighathat al-Lahfan by Ibn al-Qayyim (2/927)] Join & Share https://t.me/Alquut/775

Allah (ﷻ) says: { فَٱعۡلَمۡ أَنَّهُۥ لَاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لِذَنۢبِكَ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتِۗ وَٱللَّهُ یَعۡلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَكُمۡ وَمَثۡوَىٰكُمۡ } So know (O Muhammad ﷺ) that La ilaha ill-Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah), and ask forgiveness for your sin, and also for (the sin of) believing men and believing women. And Allah knows well your moving about, and your place of rest (in your homes). [Surah Muḥammad: 19] 🔹️ Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (رحمه الله) said: ✍ "Tawhid (monotheism)is the essence of the religion, which is its foundation, its branches, and its core. It encompasses all goodness, and seeking forgiveness removes all evil. From these two—Tawhid and seeking forgiveness—all goodness is achieved, and all evil is removed.
