Memorise & frequently supplicate with this amazing Du'aa Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate: 1- رَبِّ أَعِنِّي وَلا  تُعِنْ عَلَيَّ "My Lord, aid me and do not aid against me 2- وَانْصُرْنِي وَلا تَنَصُرْ عَلَيَّ grant me victory, and do not grant victory over me 3- وَامْكُرْ لِي وَلا تَمْكُرْ عَلَيَّ plot on my behalf and do not plot against me 4- وَاهْدِنِي وَيَسِّرِ هُدَايَ إِلَيَّ guide me, and make my right guidance easy for me 5- وَانْصُرْنِي عَلَى مَنْ بَغَى عَلَيَّ grant me victory over those who act wrongfully towards me 6- اللهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي لَكَ شَاكِرًا O Allah, make me grateful to You 7- لَكَ ذَاكِرًا make me remember You much 8- لَكَ رَاهِبًا make me fearful of You 9- لَكَ مِطْوَاعًا obedient to You 10- إِلَيْكَ مُخْبِتًا أَوْ مُنِيبًا humble before You or penitent 11- رَبِّ تَقَبَّلْ تَوْبَتِي My Lord, accept my repentance 12- وَاغْسِلْ حَوْبَتِي wash away my sin 13- وَأَجِبْ دَعْوَتِي answer my supplication 14- وَثَبِّتْ حُجَّتِي establish my evidence 15- وَاهْدِ قَلْبِي guide my heart 16- وَسَدِّدْ لِسَانِي make true my tongue 17- وَاسْلُلْ سَخِيمَةَ قَلْبِي and remove the malice within my heart." 📚 *Source:* Narrated by Abu Dawud & others, graded *'Saheeh'* by Shaykh Albani.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Supplication For Seeking A Cure From Ailments حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُعَوِّذُ بَعْضَهُمْ يَمْسَحُهُ بِيَمِينِهِ ‏ "‏ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا ‏"‌‏.‏ فَذَكَرْتُهُ لِمَنْصُورٍ فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنَحْوِهِ‏.‏ (Translated meaning) Narrated 'Aaishah, may Allaah be pleased with her: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to treat some of his wives by passing his right hand over the place of ailment and used to say, "O Lord of the people! Remove the difficulty and bring about healing as You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your Healing, a healing that will leave no ailment." [Saheeh Al-Bukhaaree, No. 5750]. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Beautiful Concise Advice عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ عَلِّمْنِي وَأَوْجِزْ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا قُمْتَ فِي صَلاَتِكَ فَصَلِّ صَلاَةَ مُوَدِّعٍ وَلاَ تَكَلَّمْ بِكَلاَمٍ تَعْتَذِرُ مِنْهُ وَأَجْمِعِ الْيَأْسَ عَمَّا فِي أَيْدِي النَّاسِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ (Translated meaning) Abuu Ayyuub Al-Ansaaree, may Allaah be pleased with him, reported: A man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said, “O Messenger of Allaah, teach me something, but make it concise.” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When you stand for your prayer, then pray as if you are saying farewell. Do not say anything for which you must apologize, and abandon any desire to acquire what other people have.” [Sunan Ibn Maajah, No. 4171. Graded 'Saheeh' by Shaykh Al-Albaanee].
