Job Title: HR Admin Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a HR Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Benefits Management which includes Claim, Medical & Takaful. Ensure compliance to statutory, terms and conditions of employment, Collective Agreements and policies and procedures of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiary companies. .
The ideal candidate will have skills and experiences as below:

Qualifications:
1. Academic /Professional Qualifications
- Preferably a recognized Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
2. Experience Requirement
- Fresh graduate or preferably with minimum 1-3 years of experience in the related field is required.
- Preferred Industry Exposure: Financial Services or any other industries.
- Preferred functional exposure: Well verse with the employment act, statutory and regulatory requirements. Exposure in industrial relations and union matters are added advantages.
3. Skills and Knowledge
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Able to communicate well.
- Possess good verbal, written and communication skills, and attention to details.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
