Previously, retrieving data from USB SSDs meant risky and time-consuming soldering of SATA connectors. For SSDs with NVMe (PCIe) interface, such soldering may cause instability during further data recovery processes. How to recover data from a huge RAID? Large storage systems are usually built from several reasonably sized RAIDs. But sometimes all drives are combined into one massive array. The bigger the storage, the higher the chance of something unusual. We handled a 96-drive stripe across three RAID-6 arrays with an uncommon XOR-RS distribution. In such rare configurations, tools relying on fully automated modes often fail, yet complete manual analysis is not feasible. The new PC-3000 software update version 7.9.9 is now officially released!🔥 PC-3000 7.9.9 Data Extractor version 6.9.6 PC-3000 SSD 3.9.8 With this PC‑3000 update, you get support for new drive families, refined recovery algorithms, and new features of the Data Extractor – to extract even more data than before. Key highlights: expanded support for Maxio SATA controllers (MAS0902, DM918, MAS1102, DM928) as well as extended initialization with ReadRetry for NVMe/USB SM2263XT and SM2320G. The improved MAS1102 support alone can turn previously unsolvable SATA SSDs into success cases.
