- sophisticated metallurgical works
- excellent water management system
- plan very similar to Ayaka Stupa (platform used for religious rituals), religious sculptures terracota and a large number of mediterranean pottery like amphora, and more than 1,200 coins of silver and copper belonging to different ages from ancient to modern times. No foreign coins could be found though !
------ these coins ,amphora suggest cross - border trade and connect with Silk Route -----
--The town, which has existed for more than 2,000 years now, was built around "Sharmishtha Lake" and was fortified in the 12th century AD by Kumarpal of Solanki dynasty of Patan

⛔ The International Buddhist Confederation (IBC), India - with its headquarters in New Delhi, was formed in 2013 as an international Buddhist umbrella body to serve as a common platform for Buddhists worldwide.
↪️ The aim is to create a platform for various Buddhist organisations and traditions worldwide to preserve, propagate and promote shared Buddhist values and principles.
↪️The IBC has been actively involved in engaging Buddhist organisations in Nepal and has a strong relationship with several senior Buddhist monks.

👉Maya Devi Temple is an ancient Buddhist temple situated at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lumbini, Nepal and very close to the Indo–Nepal border.
👉The temple stands adjacent to a sacred pool (known as Puskarni) and a sacred garden
