Starting with something that's been on my mind: "why I got so frustrated with my coworker last week" - and what it revealed about the expectations I didn't even know I was holding. | 785 |
| 6 |  I had the idea of filming my trip, but realised I did a terrible job—zero video clips, just photos of PowerPoint slides from the conference.
I've compiled what I have so I can look back and reflect on this journey toward (hopefully) becoming a psychologist in a few years.
I never thought at 23 I'd be sent by my company to a Muslim mental health conference (alhamdulillah for that!). Truthfully speaking, it was hard to find confidence in a room full of amazing professionals where I felt so small, but shifting my perspective and grounding myself in gratitude helped remind me why I'm here in the first place.

Thank you for being part of Train Talks and for supporting the channel. After some thought, I’ve decided to close this chapter and step away for good. Life has taken me in a different direction, and I won’t be continuing with the channel.
