بالهستري اذا شخص عنده acute condition مثل
1-appendicitis
2 -MI
3 -cholecystitis
وغيرها من الحالات الاكيوت ميصير من نكتب هستري
نجي نكول patient is known case of appendicitis او اي حاله جديده
هذي العبارة نكتبها فقط للاشخاص الي يعانون من امراض مزمنه chronic
مثل
1-DM
2 -Asthma
3-Hepatitis
وغيرها
