Indian Army में शामिल हो रहे Officer Cadets के कदमताल देख रोमांचित हुए DDA Diamonds कई DDA Diamonds भी पार करेंगे अंतिम पग , 14 दिसंबर को होगी IMAकी POP Dehradun, DDA correspondent। Indian Military Academy (IMA) में Passing Out Parade 14 दिसंबर को होगी। इसमें शिरकत कर कई DDA Diamonds भी देश-विदेश के Cadets बतौर अधिकारी अपने-अपने देश की सेना का अभिन्न अंग बनेंगे। Director Sandeep Gupta ने हर्ष जताते हुए बताया कि DDA Diamonds के IMA POP के बाद अंतिम पग पार कर सेना में लेफ्टिनेंट बनेंगे।  Sandeep Sir's Doon Defence Academy द्वारा संचालित Foundation Course 02 'Pratham Pag' के छात्र 06 दिसंबर को हुई Graduation Ceremony के गवाह बने । DDA निदेशक संदीप गुप्ता ने DDA Diamonds को motivate करते हुए कहा कि उन्हें तब ज्यादा खुशी होगी जब वे भी एक दिन इस परेड का हिस्सा बन Indian Armed Forces में शामिल होंगे। IMA POP के बाद छात्रों को शौर्य स्थल ले जाया गया। जहां उन्होंने देश के अपना सर्वोच्च बलिदान देने वाले वीर सैनिकों के बारे में जाना। वहीं इस Wonderful moment के Witness बने छात्र रोमांचित नजर आए। उन्होंने संदीप सर को thanks कहा, की उनकी वजह से उन्हें POP देखने का मौका मिला। Indian Military Academy की Passing Out Parade के बाद छात्रों को शौर्य स्थल ले जाया गया। जहां उन्होंने देश के अपना सर्वोच्च बलिदान देने वाले वीर सैनिकों के बारे में जाना। इस दौरान छात्रों के साथ DDA के Center Head उमेश कुनियाल, फॉउंडेशन कोर्स के वॉर्डन, नीतू, सुंदर सिंह, अचल पंत व PTI हरीश व मंजू भंडारी मौजूद रहे। 06 दिसंबर को Graduation Ceremony आयोजित हुई। जिसमें Army Cadet को Cadets of the Wing को डिग्री प्रदान की गई। इसके बाद ACC Wing के यह Cadet Academy का हिस्सा बन जाएंगे। 10 दिसंबर को Deputy Commandant और 12 दिसंबर को Commandant परेड का आयोजन हुआ। 14 दिसंबर में होने वाली Passing Out Parade के लिए सेना के तमाम Senior officials, देश-विदेश के Dignitaries व relatives of cadets भी परेड देखने दून पहुंचेंगे। बता दें कि IMA एक अक्टूबर 1932 को अस्तित्व में आया था। पिछले 92 वर्षों में Academy से 65 Thousand 628 Cadets पासआउट हुए है। इनमें Allied countries के 2,953 Cadets भी शामिल हैं।

सर्दियों में बरतें जरूरी एहतियात :संदीप गुप्ता DDA निदेशक ने दी छात्रों का सलाह Dehradun, DDA Correspondent। Sandeep Sir's Doon Defence Academy के निदेशक संदीप गुप्ता ने Winter में जरुरी एहतियात बरतने की सलाह दी। उन्होंने कहा कि जैसा की आप जानते हैं कि Dehradun पहाड़ी क्षेत्र है और ऊँचाई वाले क्षेत्र में बारिश के दौरान snow fall भी होता है, जिससे यहां temperature गिरने के साथ ठंड बढ़ जाती है। उन्होंने सर्दियों में स्वस्थ रहने और सुरक्षित रहने के गर्म कपड़े use करने की सलाह दी। उन्होंने कहा कि बाहर निकलने से पहले, ठीक से कपड़े पहनें और सही जूते पहनें, Waterproof कपड़े पहनें. टोपी, स्कार्फ़, मोज़े, दस्ताने पहनें। संभव हो तो पीने के लिए गुनगुना पानी या Herbal Tea इस्तेमाल करें। सर्दियों में संतुलित और गर्म भोजन खाएं, हल्दी वाला दूध, सूप, मिक्स वेजिटेबल सूप, मटर सूप, ड्राई फ़्रूट्स, मूंगफली, तिल के लड्डू जैसी चीज़े खाएं। विटामिन सी वाले फल जैसे संतरा खाएं। सुबह जल्दी उठें और रोज़ाना व्यायाम करें। कोलेस्ट्रॉल, ब्लड शुगर, और ब्लड प्रेशर की नियमित जांच कराएं।
