New Android Ransomware MalLocker.B Triggers Upon Pressing Home Key Microsoft recently put out a notice warning all android users to beware of the attacks coming. This Ransomware is usually downloaded when you install third party application not available in the play store as a apk package. Unlike usually Ransomware ,which encryt all your data and don't allow decryption untill a amount is paid to them, this uses a fake government notice telling you have miss used your phone and now you need to pay a fine. Now say you avoid this and click the home button, my using the callback_home_button() function this malware will lock up your phone. No way other than completely resetting your phone with the help of a external overwrite command has been effective to remove this from your mobile . So please avoid downloading anything from unknown source untill a solution for this is found . Be safe and forward this so others are too!
