In the meantime… I would like to bring the below video to your attention. Some of you may have already seen it. I’ve listened to it twice now (while working on projects around the house). I am not familiar with this particular gentleman so I am not dismissing him or endorsing him. Some stuff I agree with, some stuff sounds iffy, some stuff I don’t agree with. I did find it worth my time to listen to his presentation (sometimes we need to consider other angles in order to form our own opinions). I’m thinking this video might springboard to an interesting live chat conversation. Not right away. I need to take care of my voice and give my poor four brain cells a rest. Maybe in two weeks? Of course, feel free to comment about the video! Y’all keep walking in the peace of Jesus and resting in the goodness of God.

Hello sweet friends! You might just see a smattering of posts over the next few days or so. I have two kids who are unwell, two others who seem okay, and me, who is starting to notice her edges fraying a bit. It feels like I have been driving a thousand, hundred two miles an hour, I come to a screeching halt then the loose items in the back of the vehicle hurtle to the front seat (I didn’t get pummeled). Can you relate that life can feel like this at times? I actually want to go to bed early this evening [*loud gasps from my night owl buddies*] and I ought to seeing how I started to type screeching as, “skretching.” But, knowing me I will stay up reading and posting 🫤

Hands-down one of the best ideas I've seen! Can you imagine getting like-minded friends and neighbors to do this with you? All children need us to protect them from filth and predators. When you look at this, take a moment, no matter where you are, who you're with or what you're doing, and think about Who the Lord is to you. How has He shown you His unfailing love?

One fuzzy peeper just missed Mom, and wanted to sit and rest as close to her as possible, but instead accidentally fell over the edge of the void… - and to its surprise, found Mom, rest for its legs, and a delightful new place to live! Once the others see the results of their siblings’ happy accident, they become encouraged to leap over the edge without thought or hesitation, having full confidence in the result and rewards of that one step of faith. “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Heb 12:1-2 Look [to Jesus] before you leap. 🦢 And be encouraged by those who have gone before. 🐥🐥🐥🐥 (All else failing, just sit as close to Him as possible. 🐤)

What a blessed morning it is.

Wow! Vince Guerra's new post will bless you, encourage you, inspire you. His rallying cry rents the air! Do yourself a favor and read the entire entry. Here are some highlights: * And maybe the answer to all of our current fights is just that simple. Pray audacious prayers and declare unseen victory. Then watch Him do it. Simple. * The Bible is full of examples of armies preparing for battle only to find the enemy camps destroyed in the night by the power of God. Sudden, supernatural victory is a possibility we rarely ask for and less often experience. Why is that? God exhorts his people to ask for wild, faith stretching prayers - * So, what can we do? What card can we play next? There are really only two options left. Option one is to continue doing what we’ve been doing: documenting the crimes, equipping for the coming storm, and preparing to weather the worst parts of Revelation while hopefully preserving something for the next generation of survivors. But option two is also on the table. Option two is to do something radically different: worship and pray fervently and see if God will flip the switch. * We need to get over our fear of unmet expectations and raise our hands high when someone asks if He has accomplished an overwhelming task. Some of the greatest moves of God are seen in the moments where there is nowhere else to turn. We’re there now. The solution isn’t new, it’s old: Raise your voice and declare God’s promises, speak His words and let them subdue His enemies and watch Him lay them at your feet.

👆🏻 Friends - This message is comforting and joyful! Be sure to save it so you can savor the wisdom she shares and be reminded that all is well in the Heavenly realm. So calming to close one's eyes and think about God in His holy home, Heavenly creatures basking in His glory, His pure love flowing, His faithfulness and goodness emanating over all. How humbling it is that He places a part of Him inside us when we seek and ask Him. He is worthy.

What she speaks about takes my breath away in its simplicity, authenticity and formidability. This beautiful, gracious, joyous woman just taught me something invaluable. How humbling to have this fresh perspective and put it into practice. Thank you, BT for sharing this woman's words of wisdom that is pure delight for the heart!
