No basis for hugging after the ‘Eīd prayers.. — The Salaf would congratulate each other with statements such as, “BārakAllāhu laka fil-‘Īd, Taqabbal Allāhu minnā wa minka” T.me/ThePiousOnes

Principle: any Hadīth that mentions the forgiveness of future sins is a weak Hadīth. NOTE: One might say, “What about the Hadīth of fasting ‘Arafah which forgives two years of sin (the year before and the year thereafter)?” Then this act forgives the previous year and the year that proceeds therefrom. I.e, were one to fast it today, then he would be forgiven for the year 2024 (from Arafah) and what came after that year (from 2024 onwards) until the present day (of ‘Arafah). Refer to: here

Delight In Dealing With People Shaykh ul-Islam Ibn Taymeeyah [رحمه الله] said: ❝Delight in dealing with people is by: 1 - Is that you deal with them for the sake of Allaah so you have hope in Allaah for them and that you do not have hope in the people instead of Allaah. 2 - That you fear Allaah in regards to the people and that you do not fear the people instead of Allaah. 3 - Be generous to the people hoping for a reward from Allaah, and not hoping for reward from the people. 4 - Refrain from oppressing them fearing Allaah and not from fearing the people.❞ [Majmoo Al-Fatawa, (1/51) | Translated By Abbas Abu Yahya Miraath Al-Anbiyya]

Ibn al-Qayyim on healthy thoughts leading to good actions and habits; and evil thoughts leading to evil actions and habits: — The origin of all perceived knowledge and chosen action lies in notions and thoughts — Know that notions and whisperings lead what is associated with them to [the faculty] of thinking (thought). The thought then leads them to remembrance (tadhakkur). Thought takes them and leads them to the will (irādah). The will takes them and leads them to the limbs and to action. These then become deeply rooted and become an [established] habit — A mind that has only good thoughts leads to good and beneficial actions Also see: here 2 pgs ex. cover — feel free to share in shā Allāh — BārakAllāhu feekum T.me/HijamaOTP

And in the Hadith of Abū Hurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever believes in Allāh and His Apostle, offers prayers perfectly and fasts (the month of) Ramadān, then it is incumbent upon Allāh to admit him into Paradise, whether he emigrates for Allāh's cause or stays in the land where he was born." They (the companions of the Prophet) said, "O Allāh’s Messenger (ﷺ)! Should we not inform the people of that?" He said, "There are one-hundred degrees in Paradise which Allah has prepared for those who carry on Jihad in His Cause. The distance between every two degrees is like the distance between the sky and the Earth, so if you ask Allāh for anything, ask Him for the Firdaus, for it is the last part of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise, and at its top there is the Throne of Beneficent, and from it gush forth the rivers of Paradise." The Role of Sound and False Beliefs on Actions Ibn al-Qayyim- رحمه الله - said: إن الأعمال الصالحة والفاسدة نتائج الإعتقادات الصحيحة والباطلة "Indeed, the righteous and corrupt actions are the results of sound and false beliefs [respectively]..." Al-Sawāʿiq al-Mursalah (Dār al-ʿĀṣimah, 1998) 3/1117. Underlying beliefs create perceptions and those perceptions guide actions. Thus, the Khārijite believes that sin entails disbelief, and when he sees sin in society, he hates the society and raises his sword against it. The Murjiʾ believes that sin does not harm faith, so he engrosses himself in sin. The Jahmī does not believe in Allāh’s love, pleasure and mercy, so he is not led to seek it, and instead wallows in sin, because faith is mere acquaintance in the heart and nothing more. and so on. Likewise, atheism, materialism, socialism and all beliefs and ideologies, they shape perception (of the world and what takes place therein) and guide actions. So righteous actions are the results of sound beliefs and corrupt actions are the results of corrupt belief, and therefore, the world is rectified by sound beliefs and corrupted by false beliefs. @AbuIyaadSP https://t.me/AbuIyaadSP

Shaykh ʿAlī al-Ḥudhayfī: Advice to Ahl al-Sunnah Regarding Oppression, Upholding Truth and Loyalty to Personalities In this tremendous advice, the Shaykh speaks about the obligation of justice in every moment and situation and towards every person, absolutely, without exception. Likewise, that Allāh prohibited oppression in every time, against all people, absolutely. Nations, governments, tribes only remain in the presence of justice, even if they are disbelievers.
