02 There are a lot of myths about Nishkam karma, let me help you understand what Nishkam karma means and what it doesn't:
1.Nishkam karma doesn't mean work without expectations.
2. Nishkam karma doesn't mean work without attachment.
Explanation : No human can work without expectations. It's impossible and moreover it will become a boring task. Nishkam karma is not a boring task. It's full of excitement as well as calmness.
What is the point of doing something without having a Goal( expectations)?

1. Work incessantly.
2. With a detached attitude.
Explanation: Nishkam karma is a process oriented philosophy. Result shall not be in one's mind.
Whatever you do, you work really hard.
There has to be a detached attitude. Means you are least concerned about success and failure, You are fully devoted to the process.
And in the midst of intense activity there has to be a calmness in your mind.
There is one more important thing, have no fear.
Don't stop doing what is required to do out of fear.
