You don’t need anything external to you in order to heal. Your body and Nature are single handedly the most powerful tools you have available to you for profound healing to take place. The block most people face is their lack of effort to go within. The knowing and doing gap is where people get stuck. There is no special process or instructions to follow. You don’t need crystals, or sound baths to do the work. What you need is patience and the willingness to invest your time into being alone with yourself, without distractions, get out into nature and just be in the silence, away from the noise that keeps disconnected from yourself.
