Hi friends, are you aware of the story of Cathy O'Brien? Her incredible story surviving then *healing* from 30yrs of MK Ultra and Project Monarch trauma-based mind-control? It is absolutely mind-blowing, heart-breaking and yet heart-opening at the same time. Her story (and knowing how many others have been subjected to these programs) shattered my heart and soul - and yet is so profoundly moving and inspiring at the same time. There's a new documentary called TRANCE about her journey that - if you can be in the right mindspace/heartspace to take in such an intense story - I recommend it. It is very well done. The documentary speaks truth in a way that leaves you with deep compassion, hope, inspiration, and optimism. BUT - fair warning - it is intense and *not* for everyone. I would *not* recommend it for those who are dealing with an active case of PTSD.
