✅ Construct validity to the extent to which a test measures a certain trait or theoretical construct
✅ It is a comprehensive phenomenon that comprises the other types of validity
✅ A test is designed to measure a trait
✅ The trait is psychological in this case

✅ So , in short , construct validity refers to the extent to which the psychological reality of a trait , or construct , can be established
✅ More popular that used under different names including : measures of intelligence , critical reasoning , reading comprehension , study , and all kinds of aptitude and attitude
✅ Construct validity asks questions about the reality of these constructs
✅ Determining construct validity could have a crucial influence on the multiplicity of tests
✅ Construct validity is difficult to determine because it requires utilization of sophisticated statistics called factor analysis

❌❌❌ دوستان عزیز واقعا دوست ندارم تکرار کنم ، بارها گفتم و میگم این فصل مهمترین فصل سوالات استخدامی هست ، لطفا این فصل رو تا می تونید خوب مطالعه کنید ، به محض اینکه کلاس ها تمام شد کل جلسات رو ، حتما نمونه سوالات استخدامی رو با تکنیک های خاص براتون حل خواهم کرد که بیشتر تسلط پیدا کنید ، بخاطر اهمیت این فصل جلسه بعد هم در مورد آن بحث خواهیم کرد.

✅ Other Name : Rational equivalence
✅ It developes to estimate the reliability of test scores
✅ It refers based on the assumption that all items in a test are designed to measure a single trait
✅ It is the most practical , frequently used , and convenient method of Estimating reliability

🔴 Split-Half Method
✅ A test is divided arbitrarily into two halves
✅ Odd and even numbered items and two scores for each testee are obtained , one for each half
✅ Second , the two half-test scores are correlated with one another to obtain a reliability coefficient
✅ Such a coefficient relates to the reliability of only half of the test
✅ For calculating Split-Half , we need to use the Spearman - Brown formula

🔴 Parallel-Forms Method
✅ To avoid the complexities of the test-retest method , educators developed the parallel-forms method
✅ In the parallel-forms method , however , two similar , or parallel forms of the same test are administered to a group of examinees just once
✅ Then correlation coefficient between the scores obtained from the two forms will be an estimate of test score reliability
✅ Although this method alleviate the problem of two administrations , it creates another problem
✅ Constructing two parallel forms of a test is not an easy task
✅ Two parallel forms of a test should demonstrate certain statistical characteristics
