What happened to all of our fortifications???? This is what happens in Eastern European countries. Money gets a lotted to a certain task but the leadership in positions away from the main front are regularly appointed due to nepotism or their connections. Fortifications don’t get built but the money still gets spent. It’s a good case study to analyze the much bigger issues surrounding western aid being laundered and stolen.
