Under Maintenance

Over the last few weeks, there have unfortunately been an increasing number of unexplained incidents with mainboards on a number of servers from these models: AX42, AX52 and AX102. After a detailed analysis of the incidents which we did in cooperation with the manufacturer, it became clear that there is a design error on the mainboard for these models. We want to minimize the risk of this causing a problem on your server, so we want to replace all affected mainboards. This process will require some complex logistical organization. That is why we will replace the mainboards data center by data center at each of our locations. But the speed of this process may change from location to location. When will the mainboard be replaced on my server? The replacement for the mainboard on the following servers will occur in a 4-hour time slot and will take 30 to 40 minutes: #2466305 19 May 2025, 12:00 GMT+2 to 16:00 GMT+2 For certain specific configurations, it may take a bit longer to replace the mainboard. Unfortunately, we will not be able to change the schedule because it would cause logistical problems. If one of your servers at another location is also affected, we will send you a separate email in advance with the scheduled appointment for that server.
