Hello @everyone 🍿VOD UPDATE🍿 As people aware we have had issues with VoD at the moment. I have been shopping and testing for the best systems to use. My biggest issue was my current set up I need to hand notice and carry on paying so needed funds to run two VoD systems and it’s expensive when you are as big as us! With help from my admin team I have now got the funds to buy the best of the best VoD equipment. We are getting brand new servers on NVME storage drives this is a lot better than HDD & SSD. They are expensive and cost over £1,000 per each drive. There is multiple drives per server. WE WILL GET DELIVERY WITHIN TWO WEEKS. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS LIKE A LONG TIME AS WE HAVE HAD ISSUES FOR A WHILE. This system is top of the range though. We will have a stable system that will be back to the way we had it. I know we have had a few issues recently I am really sorry! I promise you though soon as these servers are delivered we are back to being the solid service you know us as! Soon as servers delivered will get on new system quickly. It was stated up to two weeks but hoping it’s a lot sooner!

Found issue for sky buffering Proxy server ronald is using has routing issues with our servers hes going to order a new server to fix this. Sorry for the disruptions you can use a vpn to get round the buffering issues on sky untill we are on the new server. The buffering should only happen when football is on when users are forced to go through the proxy.

Apologies for the late message. Can confirm all servers are now restored at the DC. Apologies about the issue tonight equipment failure at the DC meant some unexpected downtime whilst they sourced new equipment to get things back operational. Things like this happen and its the first time in just short of 3 years we have had a full service outage like this! We will be assessing our options over the next day or 2 to plan how we can prevent impacts like this in the future.
