Об этом CNews рассказали два сотрудника компании, а представители пресс-службы Postgres Professional подтвердили изданию, что часть работников действительно покинет компанию. По словам одного из источников CNews, сокращение может затронуть до 30% персонала. Руководителям подразделений якобы уже сообщили, какое количество сотрудников необходимо исключить из команд. Другой собеседник утверждает, что изменения могут коснуться разных подразделений, включая разработчиков и менеджеров. При этом сама Postgres Professional не подтвердила цифру в 30%: окончательный масштаб сокращений определят после перераспределения функций и индивидуальных встреч с сотрудниками. В компании происходящее объяснили изменением рыночной конъюнктуры и переходом к «новой модели эффективности». Postgres Professional намерена сосредоточить ресурсы на ключевых продуктах, развитии экосистемы решений и пересмотре отдельных должностей.
