Because I wrote to you about vitamin D big doses, I want to write to you also my personal side effects.
Besides the fact I've never been healthier since childhood... I started feeling painfully dry nose, a bit dry lips, and urinating like 5-7 times a night. It appeared it's the body fighting excess calcium to prevent calcification.
I immediately stopped D3.
And when I get to full normal, I think my personal ideal dosage is 5000-7000 IU a day.
You should find your own ideal.
In the meantime, wanted to write you this so you know the bad side as well. Heck even ear developed painful crusts from dryness.
I think it will take a week or so to fix, I'll hydrate, and order some Vit K2 to help use existing D3 into something useful.
+ I upped my magniesium for the upcoming week.

There is followers I like and followers I don't like. But only one group of people really is REPULSIVE to me... and those are... people who love you or hate you based on the RESULT not on your actions.
I cannot promise anyone for example that I'll predict a NBA match properly. But I can control that I'll put in effort more than even bookies do, go interview the coaches, players, etc. and hope for the best.
Luckily, I don't need to do anything about those people, ultimately, they get 'rewarded' for their short term thinking. They prefer some drunk guy who said Team A will win because local dog wigs his tail to the left. And that time they won, next time they go deep and strong on that drunk man for prediction, and thus, why would you punish men who punish themselves harder?

Imagine the level of 'friendship' if someone for example reads message he doesn't like, after a year or two or more with you, and tells you your entire channel, or everything is crap.
