1) SGX NIFTY signals a negative start for the Indian Stock Market
- Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 44 points lower at 18,686 signalling that the Indian Stock Market is headed for a negative start.
2) US Stocks finish mixed
- The American stocks closed mixed on Tuesday, pressured by worries about U.S. lawmakers opposed to a deal to raise the $31.4 trillion debt ceiling, while Nvidia surged to enter into the rare club of companies valued at $1 trillion for a brief period.
3) Nifty VIX down by 2.34% at 12.01
- India VIX on NSE was down by 2.34% indicating the momentum to continue on NSE (Nifty) with greater action in selected mid/small cap stocks.
