Postman Mobile Application (PMA) Synchronisation of Pending Articles Regarding

Sir, Instructions may be passed down the line to keep all PMA devices active with PMA app open & running and internet on for tomorrow for syncing of any pending articles. Thank you

If there are PMA sync issues, please follow the below procedure in those devices.

1⃣ Restart the device and ensure there is an internet connection. 2⃣ Open the PMA App and click on the change beat in the beat selection alert. 3⃣ After going into beat settings, select the IMEI ID/DEVICE ID from the dropdown in top section of the screen in Beat settings even if correct beat is being shown. 4⃣ Select the beat shown and the articles would sync, you can try closing and opening the app again. Check articles synced and not synced. All circle SPOCs are requested to pass the message down the line.
