That’s some washed-up space cowboy who owes people money.” Fox McCloud: “Exactly! They’ve got me acting laid-back, irresponsible—like I just soar the cosmos like some washed up cowboy!” Wolf O'Donnell: laughing under his breath “Heh… I dunno, I kinda liked it.” Star: “Of course you did. That’s basically your dream version of him—less leadership, more bad decisions.” Wolf O'Donnell: “Hey, it’s a good look.” Fox McCloud: pacing “This is not a ‘good look’! They promised they’d respect the source material! Now all of Corneria’s gonna think I spend my time herding space cattle!” Star: “Relax, it’s just a movie. He answers.] Falco (over comms): “Heyyy Fox… snickers you out there wranglin’ them varmints yet?” laughing hard Fox McCloud: Fox goes completely still Star: whispers under his lips “Not now Uncle Falco...please...” Wolf O'Donnell: grinning “Oh boy, here it comes.” Falco (over comms): “Don’t forget your hat, cowboy—YEEEEHAAAAWWWWWWW” [Fox slowly turns the communicator off in the middle of Falco's "yeehaw"] Fox McCloud: smiling very thinly “I’m going to pretend I didn’t hear that.” Star: “Good luck with that.” smirks “Hey, if you start saying ‘howdy,’ I’m disowning you.” Wolf O'Donnell: “Heh… I’d pay to see that.” Fox McCloud: "AAAAAAARRRRRGHHHHHHH"

I'm sure Fox's portrayal isn't that bad, similar to DK it's only a movie personality while the videogame equivalent will be entirely different.

Oh God...they completely butchered Fox McCloud for the movie, he acts nothing like his source material. Big oof.

I think the LGBTQ+ community seriously needs to stop using the word ‘whore.’ It’s not funny, it never was, and it just makes people look embarrassing.

The reason why I don't call myself a Bottom is because the MOMENT I admit it I am already called a whore. Besides…” shrugs “means I don’t gotta hire another pilot. Saves money.” Wolfson: “Ohhh okay, so I’m just the budget option now?” points at himself, half-offended but smiling “That’s cold, Pop.” Fox McCloud: chuckles “He’s not wrong, though.” Wolfson: “Man… whatever. As long as I look cool doing it, I’m in.” grins confidently “But if I end up carrying the team, I’m charging extra.” Wolf O'Donnell: “Heh. I like that attitude.” Fox McCloud: “Just try not to wreck anything on your first run.” Wolfson: “No promises… but hey, if something breaks, I’ll just say it was part of the plan.”
