from western woods to beaversdam

a quick bunny cake recipe you gradually mix 2 eggs, a pinch of salt + a pinch of baking soda, some vanilla, one cup of sugar (i add less, like 2/3 of a cup coz my jam is very sweet), 200g of butter and then add 3 cups of flour freeze 1/3 of the dough and put the rest in the fridge to chill for an hour or so then spread it nicely, cover with jam (i use apricot) and grate your frozen part of dough all over the place bake in a preheated oven for like half an hour
