Senior Business Analyst – Integration & Automation Location: Remote Experience: 6+ Years Interview Process: 3 Rounds, including 1 Face-to-Face round in Pune, Hyderabad, Bhopal or Indore Budget: Up to ₹1.2 LPM UAN and LinkedIn: Mandatory Ideal Candidate: Business Analyst + Technical Integration Hybrid Must-Have Technical Skills: Hands-on Workato integration workflow experience Database (DB) exposure Infrastructure / Kubernetes exposure Exposure to AI tools and integrations Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of customer business processes, enterprise applications and existing Workato implementations to support integration and automation initiatives Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify how Workato capabilities can be leveraged to automate business processes and integrate enterprise applications Design, build and demonstrate Proof of Concepts using Workato to validate solution approaches and showcase automation capabilities Gather, analyze and document business requirements by preparing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and process flow diagrams Conduct workshops and requirement elicitation sessions with customers, business users and cross-functional teams Identify opportunities for business process optimization, workflow automation and new feature enhancements using the Workato platform Partner with Workato developers, solution architects, QA teams and project managers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through integration, orchestration and automation solutions Support functional validation, User Acceptance Testing, defect triage and customer demonstrations Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams Continuously evaluate customer feedback and evolving business needs to recommend enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user adoption Support pre-sales activities, customer workshops, solution demonstrations, effort estimation and proposal development related to Workato engagements Required Skills: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years working on Workato-based integration and automation projects Strong understanding of Workato recipes, connectors, workflows, triggers, actions and orchestration capabilities Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process re-engineering Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flow documentation Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts, APIs, event-driven architectures and automation best practices Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: hr@zanvikatechsolutions.com
