Dear Customers, when you face timeout issues, curl based any issues, we added Switch System proxy option to our platform. You just need to use that button. Due to our platform's most of feature is API based, so getting all data from instagram, if connection has some issue between instagram to proxy, page can show like website is down. But it is just timeout problem between you and system. So website is not down. At that situations, you just need to clear browser cookies and refresh page.
