The Bible is also a great tool for teaching children their language. The English language wasnt really “formalized” until around the same time as the King James Bible. And, as that Bible was distributed throughout England’s lands/colonies, the English language was shaped and contextualized by the King James Bible. The Bible includes methods/patterns of words being defined just by reading around the word you may not know. God is so brilliant, that His word isnt just to make us wise unto salvation, but it’s a commonly understood text that all peoples can learn their language and have sure thinking if they are abiding in the word - having it continually washing their minds. Learning the law, for example, has brought the law elements of God’s word to the forefront - they now jump out at me, which lets me see God’s lordship more clearly. It’s amazing. Read your Bible.

Read the Bible to know what God says. If you want to learn about an idea/topic, search it out. Mine the word for its riches. Do NOT YouTube or Google the topic. That uses the work someone else did and uses their bias to spotlight this or that Scripture for that topic. The Bible says we understand the Bible when we read the Bible (Eph 3:3-4). Reading the Bible is key.
