Havas Guruhi in collaboration with Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Indian Culture and National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan conducted a musical concert. Director Sitesh Kumar greeted the audience and appreciated the contribution of Havas Guruhi on promotion of Indian Culture in Uzbekistan.

In Namangan Flower Festival artists led by Kathak Teacher Nikita Singh presented mesmerising performances in front of more than 5000 audience. Sitesh Kumar Director Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Indian Culture greeted the audience. Artists from Tarona cultural Group Kokand also presented cultural performances

An international conference was organised by the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology in which Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Indian Culture Sitesh Kumar spoke on cultural and educational relationship between India and Uzbekistan. Artists from LBSCIC presented cultural performances.
