Stretching my hamstrings, glutes, and calves today 🔥 Difficult to do it for a long time, but need at least 1-2 minutes to start!
▫️Repeat this stretch several times for 30 seconds to stretch your hamstrings and glutes, as well as your calves and lower back.
▫️If you’re just starting out, let your upper body hang so that gravity gently pulls you down and stretches the backs of your legs.
▫️As your flexibility improves, you can start to actively pull your upper body closer to the floor.

Vitamin D
❕Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body.
▫️These nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy. A lack of vitamin D can lead to bone deformities such as rickets in children, and bone pain caused by a condition called osteomalacia in adults.

When I was sick with Covid my doctor said that the only thing I needed to cure it are vitamins. I took vitamins D, C and Zinc as they're basic for the immunity system ✔️
