This goes to everyone. Bot is fine, the route is the only one which gives us issues. Have an issue with random calls? Route Your mother isn’t falling for the prank call? Route Your victim is being redialled and you just lost money? Route Hope you understand. Everything on the bot works, it’s more so getting a probable chance to use it. If you kept messaging me about giving you extra time every single problem, then you’re just getting free excessive time, I keep logs when I add time to your bots, and know how much excess time ends up being added. Don’t ask, just stand idly and watch others hit vouches until you’re comfortable to buy the bot for yourself. Anyone else who has some situated common sense, enjoy using the bot for as long as it stands. The route will keep trolling you until these carriers pull these problems out of their asses. Until then we’ll keep changing and moving shit around to see what we can get out of it for you guys. Have fun.

Bot Update: We’ve situated the route and started sorting some of the common issues, the bot may still be a bit buggy but we’re working on it. What matters is the calls are going through and we’ve had a reduction in overall complaints. Again if you do have issues, follow our guidelines for reporting. If you have time missing, let us know, we can check. If you missed a discounted payment (we don’t refund) but we’ll sort you a voucher or other. Everything / anything else you need, let us know and we’ll look into it. Side Note: Yes, we see the issues when they come up, most issues are already being handled before they’re reported. So we do see what’s going on. And just send a message when you have a problem, send the audio, recreate the problem if needed, send a screen recording. Help us, help you.

Some Useful Info: We’re going to stick to pushing most of the updates on the rewrite, fixing this current version of the bot is good, however the issues keep changing, and having on developer check everything does provide more single-multi user stress. Currently you may be having call failures / Voice issues. We implemented a new VM yesterday, and updated the TTS today, the next issue which has come up is the route. We tend to pause : situate lost time anytime we do have problems, this case we’re checking to see what’s going on with the route again. Only reason why it’s a bit complicated to situate / direct things, mainly has to do with some customers finding a way around these issues. For general customer satisfaction we’re working on pushing more updates and will focus more on stability. For anyone asking about these things: - International - Stronger PGP dialling - New features for scripts / caller options We’re doing all of this, we just can’t release until we leave this initial stage of the bot. Most of you aren’t aware but we had a version complete until a previous developer purposely set us back minimum a year. Bear has been handling a lot of these changes / updates and bug fixing himself.
