🔴⚔️🔴 For armed troops, heavy lifting has long been one of the biggest obstacles. To deal with this, you mostly have two alternatives. 🔵🚢🔵1- Use of massive lifting ships is the first available alternative. Ships are a comparatively slow mode of transportation that are vulnerable to being hit and depend on ports. 🟡✈️🟡2- Airlift is the second possibility. Although quick, airplanes need runways and are not really designed for combat on the ocean. 💡🛩💡DARPA has suggested the Liberty Lifter, a flying machine that relies on the wing-in-ground effect. The Russian "Caspian Sea monster" ekranoplans were also created using this technique. ✅✅✅ The range and payload of this new idea will be greater than those of the solutions that are now on the market. The Liberty Lifter is designed to have a lower flying altitude than its wing span. 🎥 VIDEO: Dubai uses advanced technology to put out marine fires! The Dubai civil defence teams brought under control a fire that broke out in a cargo ship in Hamriya Port. No casualties were reported as a result of the fire. According to a Dubai Civil Defense source, teams from Al Hamriyah station as well as firefighting and maritime rescue units arrived in the scene within 7 minutes after a report was received by the operations room at 11:54am on Thursday, stating that a fire had erupted in a wooden cargo ship in Al Hamriya Port. The source stated that the civil defence men brought the fire under control within 23 minutes and then began cooling the site until 1:49pm. They later handed the site over to the competent authorities to investigate the causes of the fire.
