Name 2. Attendance ID 3. Designation 4. Department 5. Date of Birth After submission of these details, you will receive an email from NMC AEBAS regarding your Transfer-in to the UCMS pool. Once this process is completed, you will be able to mark your attendance using the Aadhaar BAS application. Note: Those who have already completed this process may kindly ignore this message and start marking their attendance through the mobile application. Subject: Opening of Savings Bank Account (UG/PG) and Submission of Joining Report for PG Batch 2025 All the PG and UG students, Please note that a bank executive will be available to open a savings bank account at College Reception, Ground Floor, UCMS, to assist with the process. The students must bring the following documents: 1. Copy of Aadhar Card 2. Copy of PAN Card 3. 2 passport size photographs Additionally, all PGs (Batch-2025) are required to submit their joining report to the Academic Section at the earliest to ensure timely release of stipend.
