(A). Hematuria from within the glomerulus is often associated with urinary microscopic findings of RBC casts, and deformed urinary RBCs (particularly acanthocytes), brown, cola- or tea-colored, or burgundy urine, and proteinuria >100 mg/dLvia dipstick. Hematuria originating within the tubular system may be associated with the presence of leukocytes or renal tubular casts. Lower urinary tract sources of hematuria may be associated with gross hematuria that is bright red or pink, terminal hematuria (gross hematuria occurring at the end of the urine stream), blood clots, normal urinary RBC morphology, and minimal proteinuria on dipstick (<100 mg/dL).

6 year old female previously healthy has headache for 2 days with vomiting 4 times.  She had Hx throat infection 10 days ago, was given Augmentin 2 days then stopped.  She had also dark urine today with decrease amount.  O/E : Wt 18 kg, T 36.9, HR 100 /min, RR 24 /min. Po2 100 %.  BP 128/82.  Puffy eyes, No leg edema, Looks weak, pale.  Chest clear  Heart s1s2, no murmurs, no gallop.  No hepatomegaly. #What is the propable diagnosis??
