We are so joyous to watch how teachers actively engaged in training sessions!🤩 We express our appreciation to all CTs and RPMs for making these sessions so interactive, advantageous and fun! Happy Wednesday all! ✨As communicated earlier, since March, Cascading Training sessions have been taking place in all regions of Uzbekistan. On April 22, the ESN team visited Jizzakh and Fergana regions and observed three groups of RPMs. TESOL Coach Laura Hancock (in Fergana) and ESN Coach Kendra Staley (in Jizzakh) observed the sessions and gave CTs feedback on teachers` professional development. The workshops, observations, and feedback are designed to help ESN participants create more student-centered lessons. Happy Monday all!☀️ It is important to highlight that, in addition to attending weekly trainings, ESN participants have the opportunity to be observed by, and receive feedback from ESN coaches. The workshops, observations, and feedback are designed to help ESN participants create more student-centered lessons. For example, ESN trainer Kendra Staley visited school #10 in Samarkand, Jomboy district. She observed and provided feedback for the RPM, Feruza Azzamova. Enjoy watching the video🍿
