| 2 | Every time our prison meal arrives Tristan takes it and asks through the door “Is this organic?”
The prison guards usually reply with: What?
Tristan: Is this food organic?
Guard: What? Just take it.
Tristan: Is this locally sourced?
Guard: *slams food tray shut*
Tristan then eats the food and complains to me the entire time that it's not organic and not locally sourced.
He's been doing this every single meal for weeks. | 5 727 |
| 3 | I’m in jail because the UK government ordered America to throw me in federal prison…
The UK won’t tell me who I supposedly committed any crimes against. Crimes that date back to 15 years ago. No names.
Specters. Ghosts.
Now, the UK has confirmed to the DoJ they won’t tell the USA government the names either!
Nobody, not even the USA government knows who these people are.
Yet I am still in federal prison.
This is insane. | 11 567 |

| 7 | My life has been endless assault and setback. Endless attacks and misfortune.
The story of my success and wealth isn’t that I made hay while the sun shone.
It’s that I managed to make more hay than most anyone else, while they enjoyed the sunshine and I was in the constant torrential rain. | 13 775 |
| 8 | During the Salem Witch Trials, a man could point at a woman with a baseless accusation and destroy her life.
During 2026, a woman can point at a man with a baseless accusation and destroy his life. | 14 425 |
| 9 | The blood which flows within you comes directly from your ancestors. They are all around you, helping you, guiding you.
Listen and they will tell you what to do.
You have abandoned them purely because “science” can’t find them. | 14 486 |
| 10 | The scary thing about jail is that at least 10% of the people in here are innocent. Not subjectively innocent, or “could be” innocent.
Totally completely innocent.
Bad lawyers.
Forced plea deals.
It's very easy to get caught up and wrecked by this system.
Do you have 500k sitting around in a bank ready to transfer today for a good legal team?
Because if you don’t, you are relying on a lawyer who often has other jobs and tasks and can’t focus on your case.
It's easy to lose against the ever powerful DOJ in this circumstance.
If you’re falsely accused of a crime you didn’t commit, looking at 10 years, and if you take a plea deal to get it off the officer's desk you only have to do a year… many innocent people admit guilt to get it over with. They can’t afford lawyers anyway.
There are hundreds of thousands of innocent people in these jails who have been brutally fucked by the system.
Innocent until proven guilty doesn’t exist. Look at me, I’ve been in and out of jail all around the world for 5 years and never even had a trial.
It’s easy in freedom to think “I’ll never go to jail, I don’t do anything wrong”
Yes. And it's easy to drive thinking you’ll never get in a car crash.
Unless you’ve interacted with the judicial system, you truly have no idea how bad it is, and how easy it is for a totally innocent person to have their life destroyed. | 14 298 |
| 11 | Losing my father was bad. It was instant and brutal.
He went out like a king. I miss him every day, but he’d be proud of me fighting these bastards.
You are NOT a man until your father has died.
It was like losing a superhero. But he’d already given me his powers. Mental toughness. No fear. Every man needs a Dad like that to look up to.
It made it clear to me that I am no longer a student and it is time to become a teacher. When he was gone, I had to work harder to check my own thinking.
I’ve kept him alive by becoming so successful.
So, if you have ANY duty to your bloodline, ancestors, and family, how can you still play video games being a lazy piece of shit?
How my father is remembered is how I will be remembered as well. Because of this, my sons will understand morality and will not be pieces of shit.
My Dad would say, “I don't want to have to hit you, son. I like you. I actually love you. You're my firstborn son. I don't want to kick the fuck out of you, but I will. And you know I will”.
That's how he loved me.
Love to me was discipline and firm. If someone loved me, they cared about me enough to yell at me. That's how a man shows love, with discipline and boundaries.
I didn't have a childhood where I was hit all the time. But I was hit enough to know that I could get hit.
I think that's how a son should be raised.
If my son fucks with me, he will get hit. Because as a full-grown man, when you grow up, if you run your mouth, you get hit. If you get in a man's face and talk shit, you get hit.
It is my job to prepare my child for life. And in life as a man, there is a line that if you cross it, you get hit.
My father prepared me very ruthlessly for the real world. He never beat me out of anger.
He never beat me because he was a bad person. He never beat me because he was abusive. It was very logical.
It was very, “Son, I'm gonna prepare you for the world. I told you to do something and you think you know better. So now I'm gonna show you that when men reach an impasse, it becomes a physical confrontation.
We're gonna see how you can do. Turns out you couldn't do very well. So you're gonna do as you're fucking told”.
My Dad, Emory Tate, was a legend. A hero. A real man.
He raised us hard. No whining. No weakness. No excuses. Chess master and military man. He raised warriors. He taught me to never back down. I’m his son through and through. I carry his name with pride every damn day.
“Anybody who thinks they have children in my kids' league, tell me! I know we all truly love our kids. Still, I am certain mine are perfect.” - Emory Andrew Tate Jr. | 14 818 |
| 12 | I WANT the world to see the evidence against me.
If I was guilty, if there was horrible looking evidence, why would I be begging for my file to be shown to the world?
Why is the UK government fighting to HIDE the evidence against me?
Surely they want the world to see how evil I am?
They have NO evidence.
They want to seal the files to hide the weak case.
They want the public to see NOTHING but the lies the media prints.
Innocent men don’t hide. Guilty governments do.
SHOW MY FILE TO THE WORLD. | 18 186 |
| 13 | The British state has vilified me for years and spent millions of pounds investigating my entire life before charging me with crimes.
This criminal file, this “evidence” will contain every dirty secret of my life. Every fact which could make me look bad morally and guilty legally.
Yet I am asking for all of this evidence to be shown to the world, my own dirty laundry, with an open court case and press attendance.
The government is currently petitioning to keep the evidence against me sealed from the public. A secret.
How could this be?
After telling the public I am evil, the government knows this “evidence” will underwhelm to the point of exoneration.
They know the case against the great evil Andrew Tate is pathetically weak.
They wish to seal it all, try me in secret and condemn me to doom without the world seeing how innocent I am.
I am so innocent, I implore the police and the courts to show the entire world the worst things about my life.
Show the public all the evidence against me.
They beg for shadows. I ask for light.
I am being framed. | 19 383 |
| 14 | I have spent 73 days locked inside the SHU.
As of writing this letter, the U.K. has requested the "evidence" against me to be sealed from the public.
They do not want you to see the "evidence" against me.
Why?
Because I am an innocent man, locked in a cell, at the request of a government that hates me.
MAKE MY FILE PUBLIC. LET THE WORLD SEE WHY I AM IN HERE. | 19 697 |
| 15 | Losing Dad was the best of the two possible options. The only alternative to me losing him, was for him to lose me.
And in the natural order of the universe, a son should lose his father. A father shouldn't lose his son.
So it actually worked out exactly how it was supposed to work out.
Of course, I miss him, but there's nothing I could have done to keep him. I’m glad for the way it turned out.
You learn the lessons of appreciating people while they're alive. You feel a sense of responsibility and maturity that I didn't feel when he was alive.
Now I'm the oldest male of the clan.
Something inside of you changes when you lose your father. You sense your own mortality. Something strange happens.
I changed a lot when my Dad died. I became more serious. You just finally graduate from student to teacher.
When the role officially changes, then you change.
My father and my coach are the only two men on the planet who can tell me what to do. So one of the only two people on the planet who I absolutely obeyed, is now gone.
It’s weird. It’s a form of liberation.
He was also one of the only people I went to for advice.
I'll go and talk to people about things, but I'm not looking for explicit advice like I was from him. It’s a very unique experience. I think it's part of being a man.
And that’s when I stopped asking for advice. That’s when I started saying things and advising others. I only became vocal on the Internet after Dad died. | 22 414 |
| 16 | Two days ago in the U.K. five men were arrested by armed police in an active counterterrorism operation.
They were arrested on suspicion of PREPARING A TERRORIST ACT nearby US servicemen.
The next day, ALL FIVE MEN WERE RELEASED ON BAIL.
The USA will hold its own citizens in solitary confinement for months without evidence on behalf of the U.K.
The UK will let alleged terrorists on BAIL the day after they're caught in cars full of equipment near a military base.
What is going on??
I have spent 73 days in solitary as of writing this letter.
No evidence has been shown to me or my legal team and the DOJ is asking for the "evidence" against me to be hidden from the public.

| 18 | I am sitting on the bed and Tristan is dancing enthusiastically around the cell.
Me: What are you so happy about?
Tristan: Because we’re in SHU!
Me: Why is that good?
Tristan: Because I can’t go to GP. G… P… General population. I’m not general! I’m a celebrity! I’m special! Special housing unit!
Me: Yes but it’s worse in here. GP is better, we wanna be in GP.
Tristan: *MJ spin and leg kick*

| 20 | I lost all fear of dying after my Dad died. At first I thought it was a strange depression or sadness. A bitterness at the world.
Over time I thought it was just the accepting of the inevitable. Why fear what you can’t stop?
Then, after a few years, I thought I was brave because he was inspiring to me. I’m not afraid of anything anymore. Since the day he died I haven’t felt fear.
But now I know it’s just because I want to see him again.
My father's teachings and sacrifices shaped my philosophy on life. I honored him in everything I did.
To my father: Rest In Peace.
I have your name and your heart.
We fight till the end.
