BREAKING: I joined John Solomon today to discuss the newly declassified FBI handwritten notes from my January 24, 2017 interview and what they reveal about the case brought against me. The agents’ contemporaneous notes tell a very different story from the FD-302 that was entered into the FBI system more than 20 days later and ultimately became central to my prosecution. For nearly a decade, my family and I have lived with the consequences of what was done. Now, the American people can read the FBI’s own handwritten records and compare them to what was later put into the official report. This was never just about destroying me. It was about destroying President Trump, crippling his incoming administration, and protecting an establishment that feared the change the American people demanded. The truth is coming out. Now there must be accountability.

The FBI’s own handwritten notes are now public, and the discrepancies are undeniable. My uncertain recollections were transformed into definitive statements in the official FD-302 later used against me. My words were materially changed, even though the agents who interviewed me reported that I appeared truthful. I thank President Donald J. Trump and his administration for making these records available to the American people. Their release brings us closer to the full truth, but transparency alone is not enough. Every remaining document must be released. Every person involved must testify under oath. Every alteration, omission, leak, and concealment must be investigated. The American people deserve the truth. Accountability must follow, and it must begin now.

Now a second lawsuit has landed, and the allegations are even more explosive. Center City Pharmacy has filed a 98 page federal complaint accusing Foster Coulson, Peter Gillooly, The Wellness Group and their associates of participating in an alleged racketeering and prescription diversion enterprise involving: • A pharmacy allegedly sold once, then sold again • More than 5,800 prescriptions allegedly diverted • Patient records and proprietary formulas allegedly transferred • Bank accounts, credit and regulatory credentials allegedly misused • Electronic records allegedly deleted • Medications allegedly shipped across state lines under another pharmacy’s identity • A public claim that TWC had acquired a “50 state pharmacy platform” the lawful owner says TWC never owned The complaint alleges The Wellness Group publicly rebranded “City Center Pharmacy” as ScriptfulRX even though the actual Center City Pharmacy had already been sold, and no Florida pharmacy by the transposed name even existed. One lawsuit alleges the Zelenko legacy was stripped for parts. The next alleges a pharmacy’s identity, patients, prescriptions, licenses and operating history were commandeered and monetized. Same company. Same central figure. Same alleged pattern of taking control, moving assets, rewriting ownership and profiting from what belonged to someone else. These are allegations, and the defendants are entitled to respond in court. But this is no longer something that can be dismissed as one disgruntled former partner or one isolated business dispute. How many lawsuits does it take before regulators, investors, customers and law enforcement start asking what exactly Foster Coulson and The Wellness Company have been building, and whose property they allegedly used to build it?
