Resources represent Expenditure Step 2: Identify Activities. Activities represents work performed in an organisation Step 3: Identify Cost objects. Steps 4: Determine Resource driver Step 5: Determine Activity Cost Driver Rate. Activity cost driver rate = (Total cost of activity )/(Activity cost driver ) Step 6: Assign cost to cost objects using Activity cost driver rate.

Clarification/ Correction in Q32 Share in profit of current year 40,000 ×3/12 × 75% = 7500 instead of 10,000 which i have taken you have to take 7500 so the answer will come 30,000 as given by ICSI Sorry for my mistake
