One important point about Positive divergence is that it indicates extremely oversold conditions

I have booked half now as it posts new 52 week high which I was expecting and now trailing with SL of 4025

RSI forms a lower low as you can see in the previous image. However the price did not. Price forms higher low. This is called Positive divergence. A concept developed by Andrew Cardwell, also known as Dr RSI

I have bought for intraday today at 4021 with SL at 3980

MCX was down 7% yesterday, although it recovered a bit. Again today it has bounced. How do you trade such moves?
