Formula to calculate range is high - low / close *100

Look at this another example

Basically range contraction should be around 8 EMA. Average range is last 21 days average range and range is today's range. Usually there should be more than 55% contraction. However this is not a rule and I am just working on it.

This has been my favourite trade set up. And with Pine Screener it has become quite easy to spot stocks with Range contraction. Will discuss this Topic in the upcoming webinar
