It's good to have people in life to share your thoughts and feelings with?... But what to do if you can't speak to anyone? How to express your feelings?
You could try writing in a journal or diary, jotting down your thoughts and emotions as they come to you & then throw them away...You could try rough drawing, funny painting, or even singing or dancing to release pent-up tension. Physical activity like going for a run or hitting a pillow can also help channel your emotions. Or talk to chatGPT👻....It will listen
Clear your mind of clutter, take care of yourself & focus on studies🌻✨
