Then comes the infamously misunderstood prostration upon the chins... --------------- Say: "Be secure with it or not be secure." Indeed, those who were given the knowledge from before it, if it is QUOTED upon them, they fall to the chins [in] VALIDATION. And they say, “Glory to our Master. Indeed, the promise of our Master surely is in effect.” And they fall to the chins tearful [in validation], and it increases their humility. Al-Isra' - The Journey [17:107-109] ----------------

Reflection (fikr) keeps one away from... Covering (kufr), and therefore... grateful (shukr), and away from... idolatry (shirk). İbrahim was Haneef (monotheist), Shakir (grateful), and not of Al Mushrikeen (The Idolators)... ... because he reflected about the sun, moon, and stars and did not do kufr, cover (blaspheme) about their true nature. [6:76-78]

We stand upon The Qur'an. That is our foundation. War upon any poison deception: - biological - technological - cosmological - perceptions of the future - black cube Iranian/Persian Zoroastrian Namaaz needs replacing with a regular, frequent Quranic Salaat & Sujood - Connection & Validation of Aayaat. Man-made Religion & Ritual needs replacing with Discipline & Routines in connecting to Allah and Validating The Divine Aayaat through actions. For each person this will vary. Change takes time. Gradual. Go easy. We need to frequently refresh ourselves, by disconnecting from the "Domestication and the Dream of the Planet" (Don Miguel Ruiz), and reconnecting with Allah. Sessions of "focus" (not prayer/meditation) via aayaat (The Book/Nature). Varying focus sessions: - gratitude - repentance - requests - exaltation/validation/glorification/praising - for others Our spirits needs frequent Quranic Salaat & Sujood - A Union with Allah via connection and validation upon The Exceptional-Evidences within The Book and within Nature. Keep up the salaat, so you can keep getting the light.

Salaat and Sujood within nature. Connecting to Allah by Validating everything Allah created, be it within the Heavens and the Earth, within the Horizons, or within ourselves... or within a verse you read... any of Allah's aayaat (exceptional-evidences). Plenty of flexibility and creativity in how to do Salaat and Sujood to Allah. It always felt better to pray outside in the past. Its a no-brainer. Indoors probably kills the connection, or reduces the strength to the ether directly above us. I deleted the previous audio message... too noisy. Keeping away from the prison that is the computer and the indoors you see. In fact I'm tempted to delete the previous ones but I'll keep it in case there's some value. Funny thing... just bumped into the last guy to do "ruqya" on me as I'm editing this message. 😆 Salaat and sujood is all about connecting to Allah and giving the Divine Aayaat validation. Nothing to do with bowing and prostration. I think I might start enjoying my Salat even more now. I think we all can. Gratitude sessions essentially.
