Odit

Second update, is now i have a working verifier api. its available at v.odit.et. Still gotta work on it a bit more to make the DX better , but documentation for integrating it is available here https://v.odit.et/docs and its status page here https://v.odit.et/status @rb_wk and @oditet

Two updates today, first up, the odit.et dashboard now has this button to load details from the reciept. I have ran it for most of the historical dataset, but where it doesn't exist , do click on the button to fetch it. @rb_wk and @oditet

also going to be deprecating odit v1.0.10 and v1.0.7 soon , there are only 3 active users on those but they use the older mongo implementation so i dont want to maintain a whole separate api for just 3 peeps
