Here’s the lot wise calcualtion distribution that clearly shows, if someone has traded all three Baskets on Friday, his gross profit is approx Rs.1800, out of that brokerage is Rs.960. Since the no of orders is static for baskets, it doesnt vary each day. Monday to Friday, it places same no of orders, so same transaction cost. If you traded with 1 lot then 53% of your gross profit goes to brokerage, but if you traded with 2 lots, then only 27% of your gross profit goes to brokerage. Higher the lot size, lower the cost towards brokerage. As you can see, if someone traded with 5 lots or 10 lots, then he ends up paying only 5% of his gross profit towards brokerage. We provide complete life time free access to all the bots for users who open Broking account under our referral, but we restrict their max lot size to one lot. So that they get enough time to check how the bot performs and eventually subscribe to bots. But since it’s one lot, most of their profits go to brokerage cost. Henceforth, we have decided to increase the default max lot size from one lot to two lots for all free users. By this way, overall trasaction cost goes down by 50% for our free users. Once you are comfortable enough, you can go for paid subscrption when you want to trade with more than 2 lots. This way our free referral users are greatly benefited. Running a backtest platform vs execution platform is so different. Platform like us involves lot many layers of checks and validations when an execution happens.
