QUR'AN REMINDER Surah 36 Ya Seen Ayah 48-50

So keep supplicating because He will make sure that when the doors open, you’re certainly prepared to go through it. He knows when you’re ready; He will give it at the precise time. So don’t fret. Just keep asking! The good and bad, happy and sad - these things will happen in your life. Try not to be upset, learn to take things in your stride. It’s all part of the Almighty Allah’s Plan. So accept His Decree & face everything with full confidence, knowing that He’s watching over you! The Almighty Allah cares about you more than you can ever imagine. But you need to surrender to Him. He will work things out for your good. He is the Owner of everything you need. Your peace, your joy, your success, your happiness, it all lies with Him and Him alone. Connect with Him!*

THE INNATE RIGHT ACCORDING TO ISLAMIC LAW ➖➖➖ EPISODE 🔟: THE NINTH RIGHT -: THE RIGHT OF THE MUSLIM [IN GENERAL] (PART 4/4) ➖➖➖➖ The Seventh Right : And from the rights of the Muslim over his fellow Muslim is he prevents harm from afflicting Indeed harming Muslims is a tremendous sin, Allāh the Most High says: *وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا ٱكْتَسَبُوا۟ فَقَدِ ٱحْتَمَلُوا۟ بُهْتَٰنًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا* And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned [i.e., deserved] have certainly borne upon themselves a slander and manifest sin. [Al-Ahzab 33:58] The majority of the time, the individual who deals with his brother in an obscene manner, then verily Allāh will take revenge upon him in this life (first) before the hereafter. The Messenger of Allāh has said, *"عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه و سلم " لَا تَحَاسَدُوا، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا تَبَاغَضُوا، وَلَا تَدَابَرُوا، وَلَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَكُونُوا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ إخْوَانًا، الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ، لَا يَظْلِمُهُ، وَلَا يَخْذُلُهُ، وَلَا يَكْذِبُهُ، وَلَا يَحْقِرُهُ، التَّقْوَى هَاهُنَا، وَيُشِيرُ إلَى صَدْرِهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، بِحَسْبِ امْرِئٍ مِنْ الشَّرِّ أَنْ يَحْقِرَ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ، كُلُّ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَامٌ: دَمُهُ وَمَالُهُ وَعِرْضُهُ" . [رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ].* On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allāh be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said, “Do not envy one another, and do not inflate prices for one another, and do not hate one another, and do not turn away from one another, and do not undercut one another in trade, but [rather] be slaves of Allah and brothers [amongst yourselves]. A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim: he does not oppress him, nor does he fail him, nor does he lie to him, nor does he hold him in contempt. Taqwa (piety) is right here [and he pointed to his chest three times]. It is evil enough for a man to hold his brother Muslim in contempt. The whole of a Muslim is inviolable for another Muslim: his blood, his property, and his honour.” [Muslim; Hadith 35, 40 Hadith an-Nawawi] Furthermore, the rights of the Muslim over his Muslim brother are many. It is possible that a comprehensive meaning for the multitude of rights of a Muslim over his Muslim brother, is found in the statement of the Prophet (ﷺ), *"الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ"* "The Muslim is a brother to his Muslim (brother)" So when the great importance of this brotherhood is fulfilled, then an individual will work diligently to obtain all that is good.
