Here's how to answer Q5(c) on asylum:
1️⃣ Asylum is a right of the State, not the individual. Art. 14 UDHR gives a right to "seek" asylum, not to be granted it.

3️⃣ Case law: Asylum Case (Colombia v. Peru), 1950; NHRC v. State of Arunachal Pradesh (Chakmas); Mohammad Salimullah (2021).
4️⃣ 2025 update: Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 has no asylum procedure.
