🚨 PUBLIC AWARENESS – THE "SWAPPER" CASE 🚨
Today, we’re bringing to light the actions of a 54‑year‑old individual from Romania who has been active online under the alias swapper (also known as love_and_positivity).
🔹 What he does:
- He brags openly about being a "swatter" – claiming to have caused SWAT raids on innocent people across Europe.
- He owns and operates multiple Discord communities (Beefro, PCKING) and a website (muiala.lol, now redirecting to
exposes.lol) where he shares "trophies" and targets.
- He actively recruits young members (many of them minors) into his servers, offering swatting tools and cracked software.
🔹 What he did recently:
- On 22 August 2026, he joined a large Romanian Discord server full of young girls and publicly boasted about his swatting history.
- To cover his own tracks, he falsely accused an innocent person of being a swatter – someone I personally know and vouch for. He made up lies about that person "breaking into houses and locking accounts" – all complete fabrications.
- He posted screenshots of his own admin panel as "proof" – which actually proved his own guilt, not the other person's.
🔹 Why this matters:
- His false accusations are dangerous and can ruin lives.
- He has a documented history of swatting (at least 4 confirmed incidents between 2024 and 2026) and has threatened minors for nudes and money.
- He uses his servers to distribute illegal tools and foster a toxic environment.
📢 We have compiled all evidence – including chat logs, IP records, server ownership proof, and his own credentials – and we are forwarding everything to the Romanian authorities (DIICOT and the Cybercrime Brigade).
