Well, there is not a Tier below Tier 1 so there would not be a multiplier. If would be rather as an investment in the Asset.

They should have their plan... hence the question. We were told that the Clarity Act was the milestone event. We were then told that the CA was irrelevant, and Stellar were in control. Asking what the current barrier is to pre-flip liquidity is an obvious and reasonable question.
